I am a results-oriented leader with over 19 years of experience in global adult learning, education, and training, known for fostering high-performing teams and driving innovation in instructional technology. As the Associate Director of the Technology Learning Center at The Nature Conservancy, I lead a talented team of eLearning designers and training professionals, guiding them to develop creative, impactful learning solutions that align with the organization’s global mission. I excel at empowering individuals, mentoring talent, and cultivating a culture of collaboration and excellence.
In my role, I provide strategic direction for organizational learning initiatives, working with stakeholders at all levels, from the c-suite to individual contributors, as well as external conservation partners. I lead by example, working on complex projects that span onboarding, compliance, conservation education, and safety training. My ability to manage resources effectively and build strong relationships has been key to my success in achieving organizational goals.
As the organizational subject matter expert for the Learning Management System (LMS), I manage a platform with over 64,000 users and spearhead its strategic evolution. My leadership includes optimizing processes, resolving technical challenges, and driving system improvements that enhance user engagement and learning outcomes. I am deeply involved in aligning technical solutions with business objectives, ensuring training programs are innovative, scalable, and impactful.

In addition to my current role, I have served as an adjunct faculty member in the Graphic Design department at Cuyamaca College for over 16 years. I nurtured the growth of aspiring designers by teaching innovative approaches to leveraging technology in creative fields.
