Most recently, I presented a session at Learning2023 on how to lead and inspire creative teams. I was also a panelist in the general session on creativity and innovation.
Currently, I am the Associate Director of the Technology Learning Center, which sits under IT at The Nature Conservancy.
In my current role, I lead and mentor a team of highly creative eLearning design and training professionals. I partner with other learning teams across a global organization to actively help shape the creative direction of training development. Working from c-suite to individual contributors, my roles spans all levels of the organization to include external conservation partners.
I am responsible for leading and managing the organizational Learning Management System (LMS). I help contributors and other learning teams leveraging technology to help facilitate their learning goals.
Some of the projects I actively work and support include: all staff onboarding, compliance, legal, system, conservation, and safety trainings. Some of my daily tasks include project management, resourcing, troubleshooting, proposals, budgeting, and partner relationship building.
